I had a really pleasant experience training with Jovin. Not only was Jovin an excellent trainer, he was up to date with the latest training techniques, and was always teaching me new ways to train and meet my goals. Jovin was also really knowledgeable about nutrition and always answered the many confusing questions that I had about nutrition and supplement. He would advise on the correct foods to eat, the useful supplements to take (and not to take those which are useless) and always ensuring that I keep my protein intake sufficient for muscle growth. Jovin was also very motivating. Sometimes training can get tough but he would always be there to ensure that you push through for that last rep.
My overall experience was fantastic and with all the acquired knowledge I can continue meeting my fitness goals. A big thank you to Jovin and Brandnewstart’s Zero to Hero training programme!
